$500 Security Deposit will hold your new apartment home until you move in. Applicant approval is based on an applicant credit worthiness, employment, and previous rental history. A larger security deposit may be required if the applicant does not meet the minimum credit criteria.

The application will be processed within 24-48 hours when applicable. If the applicant is denied for any reason then the applicant will be notified via e-mail that their application has been denied. If the application is denied then your credit card will not be charged the $500.00 security deposit to hold the apartment.
